These terms apply when you use the CDG Nexus app or website. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What CDG Nexus is

CDG Nexus is a marketplace. We connect customers with independent sellers: delivery companies, riders, artisans and, later, landlords, developers and car dealers. Sellers are not our employees; each seller is responsible for the service they provide.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 and give a real Nigerian phone number.
• Keep your account safe; you're responsible for what happens on it.
• Sellers must give true verification information. False documents mean immediate removal and may be reported.

3. Payments and protection

• Customers pay through the app via Paystack. CDG holds the money until the customer confirms the job or delivery is complete.
• If the customer doesn't confirm or open a dispute within the time shown in the app, the payment may be released to the seller.
• Sellers pay a service fee on completed jobs, shown before they accept work. Current fees: 10% on deliveries and artisan jobs.
• Payments made outside the app are not protected and we can't help recover them.

4. Disputes and refunds

If something goes wrong, open a dispute in the app before confirming. Our team reviews photos, messages and booking details from both sides and decides whether to release, partly refund or fully refund. We aim to decide within 3 working days.

5. What's not allowed

• Illegal, dangerous or prohibited items in deliveries (including drugs, weapons, cash and live animals).
• Fake reviews, fake listings, harassment, or asking users to pay outside the app.
• Trying to break, scrape or misuse the app.

6. Our responsibility

We check sellers and hold payments to reduce risk, but we can't guarantee every seller's work. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. Nothing here removes your rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act.

7. Ending your account

You can close your account any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
