What if my parcel is damaged or doesn't arrive?
Don't confirm. Open a dispute in the app and our team reviews the pickup and delivery photos and messages. If the company is at fault, you get your money back.
Can someone else receive it for me?
Yes. Add the receiver's name and phone number when you book and the company will deliver to them.
