When and where does CDG Nexus launch?
Very soon. Join the waitlist and we'll tell you the day. CDG Nexus is built for the whole of Nigeria, and we're starting in Ibadan and Lagos with deliveries and artisans. Osun is next, then more states every month. Homes and cars follow.
What happens to my money after I pay?
It's held by CDG through our payment partner Paystack. The seller is paid only when you confirm the job is done or the parcel has arrived. If something goes wrong, open a dispute and our team decides using photos and messages from both sides.
Does it cost extra to use the app?
No. Downloading and using CDG Nexus is free. You pay the price the seller shows. Sellers pay a small service fee on completed jobs.
How do you check sellers?
Every seller confirms their phone number and is checked against their NIN by our team. Delivery companies show CAC registration, and landlords upload ownership documents before a home can be listed.
Is it on iPhone and Android?
Both. Android is first, on launch day. iPhone follows shortly after.
Can I pay the seller directly?
You can, but then your money isn't protected and your review won't count. Paying in the app is what keeps you safe.
